Hi Everyone! I know it’s been awhile without a post. We’ve had a lot going on in our lives. My dad passed away in January and we’ve been busy working on closing his estate. Although you haven’t heard a lot from us, we’re in the process of doing some very exciting things for the farm. The lavender is still nestled under the winter cover and will remain that way for the next few weeks. We’ve had a pretty mild and kind winter for the lavender field and our bee hives. Although the warm temperatures were good for the lavender, they caused the maple syrup season to be earlier and shorter than usual. Currently, we’ve been approved by the Town of Richmond to hold agri-tourism events, we’re constructing a building to house our farm equipment and dry our lavender, and creating a new farm logo. For our summer event schedule, we are choosing to change things a bit with some new crafting classes. We’ll still have our popular lavender dinner collaboration with Birdhouse Brewing and our Yoga class. Be on the lookout for our 2024 Summer Events to post soon. We can’t wait to see everyone in July!
